چکیده
Besides Erasipteroides valentini (Brauckmann in Brauckmann, Koch & Kemper, 1985), Zessinella siope Brauckmann, 1988, and Namurotypus sippeli Brauckmann & Zessin, 1989, Rasnitsynala sigambrorumgen. et sp. n. is the fourth species of the Odonatoptera from the early Late Carboniferous (Early Pennsylvanian: Namurian B, Marsdenian) deposits of the important Hagen-Vorhalle Konservat-Lagerstätte in Germany. With its wing-span of about 55 mm it is unusually small even for the "Eomeganisoptera". Its venation resembles other small "Eomeganisoptera", in particular Zessinella siope. This is why it is here assigned to the probably paraphyletic "Erasipteridae" Carpenter, 1939.

The smallest Neoptera (Baryshnyalidae fam. n.) from Hagen-Vorhalle (early Late Carboniferous: Namurian B; Germany)
With Baryshnyala occultagen. et sp. n. (Baryshnyalidaefam. n.) we report a new small species from early Late Carboniferous (Pennsylvanian) deposits in Hagen-Vorhalle. It differs in its unique venation pattern and small size from all other Neoptera known from this Lagerstätte and other contemporaneous locations worldwide. With an estimated wing length of <10 mm it is by far the smallest species ...
متن کاملA new trigonotarbid arachnid from the Coal Measures of Hagen-Vorhalle, Germany
A new trigonotarbid (Arachnida: Trigonotarbida: Trigonotarbidae) is described as Archaeomartus roessleri n. sp. from the Upper Carboniferous (Pennsylvanian; Namurian B, higher Marsdenian) of Hagen-Vorhalle, Germany. Originally assigned to Trigonotarbus johnsoni Pocock, 1911, our new fossil has a distinctly lobed carapace and thus resembles more closely the Early Devonian species Archaeomartus l...
متن کاملAn Early Captorhinid Reptile (amniota, Eureptilia) from the Upper Carboniferous of Hamilton, Kansas
A new eureptile, Concordia cunninghami, gen. et sp. nov., is described from the Upper Pennsylvanian Hamilton-Fossillagerstätte, Kansas, U.S.A. The new taxon is currently known on the basis of two well-preserved skulls. A phylogenetic analysis groups Concordia consistently with captorhinids; the holotype, therefore, can be regarded as the oldest record of a captorhinid reptile, and the first one...

متن کاملNew archaeorthopteran insects from the Late Carboniferous of the Nord and Pas-de-Calais basins in northern France (Insecta: Cnemidolestodea, Panorthoptera).
New polyneopteran insects are described from Pennsylvanian (Bashkirian, Moscovian) compressed fossils from the North of France (Insecta: Archaeorthoptera). Discovery of wing apex with distinct venation, e.g., apical fusion of RA with RP, numerous parallel posterior branches of RP with transversal crossveins, can be assigned to cf. Tococladus sp. (Cnemidolestodea: Tococladidae). It represents th...
